Stealing from me'

I ordered an ola for an $80 journey yesterday. He arrived parked 3 cars away before I could get in the cab he cancelled my ride and picked someone else up right in front of me.

I stood in front of the car he nearly ran me over then I was charged $80 for a fare I did not take. I could not afford another ride and was stranded at Crown Perth alone.

I had to share a ride with a stranger then get a train.

This is disgusting greedy behaviour and I could have been abducted as I was alone.

There is no contact number to call to get my refund and the online service is not very helpful.

I will never use OLA again.

Overcharged

The fare was set around $10.80 but was charged $12.50. Ride was with Ashdeep Singh on Tuesday 20 Sept drop off approx 9.50pm.

Wrong charges

Hi there

I checked Ola for my trip and it was $49 and I checked Uber and it was $55 for that I ordered Ola and you didn't show me any peak charges and Uber was $55. I arrived on Saturday last week and I got Uber and I paid $57. Last January I used Ola on Saturday which Gold Coast was very busy and it was $54.5.

The peak charge was not shown in your estimated cost, it shows $49

Please can you fix this bill and refund the over charge.

I was showed the price of $10-$12 and was charged $28 for a 5.9km ride of ten mins ... And the time was 10.00 am ... I waited for the booking , as the app could not find any drivers to confirm the booking. It took 15 MNS to book and them 9 MNS waiting time . And after all this ... They charge me high charges for a ten mm ride.

First trip 12.47am Sunday. Ola cancelled job in approx 3 mins. Paypal account charged $38.00 I did not cancel this trip Ola did 2nd trip 12.51am Sunday. Ola cancelled in less than a minute. Paypal account charged $39.00 I did not cancel this trip Ola did 3rd trip 12.51am Sunday. Fare was $32. After the ride Ola website said fare was $44.02 Paypal account was charged $54.00 Absolute rip off. How is this behaviour legal? Can't ring to discuss.

Ola is ripping people off. Charged me double the quoted price. $30 FOR A 10 minute ride? Their app is designed to look like they have support pages but they dont. The write to us function doesnt allow for writing a message. They have ripped me off and kept my money

He is not a very nice driver with bad attitude

He did not complete my trip, he pick me up and he set up his GPS and drove on away from the shops and went pass the first street and I said to him excuse me;you are taking me in the long way and he stop the car and I asked him nicely sorry can we go back to the street that we drove pass that will take us back on the main road and all the way to my drop off address.suddenly he turn around in a angry way and said omg he was following his GPS and I tell him again all my ola drivers always thats pick me always follow that street then he said to me to get out of the car and find another driver I was really upset and tearsing at that same time

I get out off the car and said to him I will make a-complaint of you to the ola company and refund my money back and you got me late for my work. I was very lucky I ran back and caught the bus on time to get me to work but still I was 10mins late.

I do not like him to be continue ola driver any more maybe he has been doing this to the other customers? Please I need my money back

Ripped off

My driver dropped me off then continued on to another destination and charged me double the fare. Cant contact Ola to get a refund!!! Disgraceful!!!

Driver took wrong route. not completed

I was runnimg late and told driver (Madeep Singh) to take the Cross city Tunnel because it's faster.

for some reason he didnt make that turn. When i reminded him he said I'm confused sorry and i said just continue the regular route.

I noticed he made different turn and when i asked where he was going i got no answer. so it appeared that he was going back to the tunnel route made a big circle and missed the Cross city Tunnel entrance again, wasting another 7-10minutes. At this time I would be completely late and miss my class. So my trip was not competed.

I am constantly dissapointed in Ola as your drivers and support team do not seem to not carr about the customers needs. I demand a refund as this ride was a waste of time and have to suffer the consequences of missing my class

Charged Twice without taking the ride and no refund

We booked an ola cab and when they were 1min away they canceled our ride, but we were charged. Since we were in a rush we booked again and got charged and the ride was cancelled again. After emailing the company multiple times we were ghosted and it's been a month now and no reply nor a refund. If anyone knows how to contact them or where can we go physically to get our money back do let us know. Thanks

Left phone in cab and there is no way to co tact th driver

My grandson just arrived home and realised he left his mobile phone in th back seat of th ola cab how does he contact the driver to get his phone back?
